Patrick The Bingo King
The reason I believe this site is different to the rest is probably the result of one man, Patrick Duffy. He's the MD and owner of The Palaces and he appears to take a real hands-on role in both the retail and online business.
When you sign up to The Palaces online, you get a welcome email directly from Patrick, in which he says thanks for joining and provides both his personal email address and phone number, to contact him if there are any problems.
I also encountered Patrick in the bingo chat rooms on more than one occasion, plus he has been known to do live zoom calls during the lockdowns with players. I've taken part in a few of these zoom calls and they're great.
